The following questions are some of the most common asked of us.


How do I get reimbursed?

How many classes can I take per year?
    You may take any number of classes as long as you do not exceed $2,000 per
    year for Customized Courses and $1,800 for Tuition Assistance courses. The
    exception being for Customized Courses under the sub-categories of
    Arts/Crafts/Music and Health/Fitness/Recreation. This sub-category is limited to
    two courses per participant, per year with a maximum of $1,250.

Why was my class turned down?
    We regret that we are not able to fund all classes requested. We have guidelines
    that we must follow in order to stay in compliance for funding. Please see our
    Policy section.

Can my spouse or children take classes?
    Your spouse can take certain customized classes if they do not fill up with active
    employees. They will be open to spouses 1 week prior to the start of the class.
    Check the scheduled classes section for eligible classes. Unfortunately children
    are not eligible to take classes.
